MTEK INDUSTRY NEW CNC CUTTING SYSTEM DEVELOPED FOR HPL (Decorative High Pressure Laminates)
Briefly, The cnc system has got three saw blade and one spindle. The gantry system has two side working face. On the front face it has two blade taht they cut long edge of the HPL and on theback side og gantry it has one blade and one spindle. This blade cuts for short axis. The spindle has been mounted on the blade system to use cut of the circular shapes.
The control system has siemens 840DSL cnc control system and servo motors.
Very soon we will relaease all technical future about this cnc cutting system.
The cutting system is running on the customer factory that it is well known HPL producer in Turkey.
